Customs Notification/Order Under Section 10A of CO (24.06.2020)

By virtue of the powers vested in the Minister of Finance, Economic and Policy Development under Section 10A of the Customs Ordinance as amended by Act No.83 of 1988, the Minister has ordered a surcharge to be levied on the Customs duty on imports of Petrol having Octane number of 95 and Super Diesel and other Diesel from 24 June 2020 for a period of two months. A surcharge of Rs.20 per litre of Petrol having Octane number of 95 and a surcharge of Rs. 30 per litre of Super Diesel that contains sulphur not exceeding 10mg/kg will be thus imposed.
